HOFFMAN’S CAR WASH FUNDRAISER

*WE NEED YOUR HELP! * For the 2019-2020 indoor track season we will be selling Hoffman’s Car Wash tickets. The Club receives 50% back from each ticket sold!! To meet our fundraising goal, we ask that every runner sell a minimum of $50 in car wash tickets. If you prefer, you may choose to make a donation to the Shen Track Booster Club instead of selling car washes. Our suggested amount is $25, but any donation is greatly appreciated.

Two types of car washes are available: Exterior Only car wash is $10.00 and the Full-Service car wash (inside and out) is $27.00.

· There are 2 ways to place orders:

1. * Order Online (and share on social media):* orders can be placed at anytime throughout the indoor track season from November 12, 2019-March 1, 2020. go to: www.hoffmanhelpinghands.com/fundraisers/ShenIndoorTrack2019. Car wash tickets will be electronically delivered to you. On the final page of order payment/confirmation, there is a space to indicate which child/athlete the purchaser is supporting. ** In order to properly give credit to your athlete, it is imperative that we know if an order was placed on their behalf.

2. Paper orders: Attached is an order form. We are having a paper order push that will be from November 19th-December 6th. The orders are due to your coach on or before Friday, December 6, 2019. Payment is due with orders and can be by cash or check. Please make checks payable to Shen Track Booster Club. Delivery will be made to the student-athlete during the week of December 16th. Please remember that the car wash tickets, when returned to you, are the same as cash and we cannot replace lost or stolen tickets once they have been delivered at practice.
